The main motive of this study is to explore the responsibility, job stress and job satisfaction. The main purpose of this study is to explore the differences in responsibility, job stress and job satisfaction among the special inspect team members. Using questionnaires, the study issued 250 questionnaires to the special inspect team members, and obtained 226 questionnaires. After taking out some invalid questionnaires, there were 203 valid questionnaires with 81.2% effective return rate in the study. Data were analyzed by using reliability and validity analysis, T-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe’s post-hoc method and regression analysis. Results of the study are as follows: 1.There were significant differences among safety inspectors’ background variables and their responsibility, job satisfaction, and job stress. 2.There was a significant correlation between specialized safety inspectors’ responsibility and their job stress. 3.There was a significant correlation between specialized safety inspectors’ responsibility and their job satisfaction. 4.There was a significant correlation between specialized safety inspectors’ job stress and their job satisfaction.
