And can stand with the profitable and stand still with no shaking。I believe that there are many important key successful factors were need to explore。 The method of this study uses expert' questionnaire, It screened carefully and invited eight travel agencies for their reponses of questionnaires。After AHP statistical results show that there are considerable consistency of indicating factors,The key successful factors of regional tourism service mainly include four facets。By two comparing the results of AHP,the most important sort is "customer facets"、followed by "learning and growth facets " and "internal processes facets", the last one is "financial facets"。Four facets and twenty indicators have their causal relationship between them, It is also a key successful factor for regional travel agencies。Additionally、in the tourism service,there are many important successful factors such as perfect professional ability training,accept professional ability training、strengthen professional knowledge and need to have language skills,This is the only way to success for the travel agency industry and employees。 This study establishes the series of the key successful factors for Chia-Yi tourism service,I surely believe that part of the idea of travel agencies combined with practical and literature,has contribution on the regional tourism services,also put forward the inadequacies of this study, So that the relevant scholars need to follow-up inquiry and can get more results。 Keywords:Balanced Score Card、a travel agency、The analytic hierarchy process、Customer Satisfaction、professional ability training HUANG,SHAIO-YAN WU,HSU-CHE 黃劭彥 吳徐哲 2017 學位論文 ; thesis 65 zh-TW |
