Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 資訊管理學系碩士在職專班 === 105 === The current era of information overload has enabled people to easily obtain any type of information. From the early handheld mobile phones to the modern-day smart phones, the banking services provided have become considerably diversified. In the financial sector, the traditional banking services have developed from early banking services, such as counter deposits, withdrawals, and use of automated teller machines, to the emergence of Internet banking. Accordingly, the development of technology has resulted in the increased popularity of smart phones. The use of mobile technology to develop relevant smart phone apps has also enabled customers to complete transactions and immediately obtain financial information without having a sense of distance. Therefore, how to apply mobile technology to industrial transformation is an important strategy for industrial development. This study was conducted through qualitative research. Based on the Web of Science (WOS) databased, the titles, summaries and keywords were used to determine articles for our analyses, particularly selecting the relevant literature on mobile banking from 1997 to 2017. After a preliminary manual screening to exclude non-relevant literature, a total of 225 papers were collected for follow-up data analysis. Moreover, KeyGraph algorithm, graphics, and keywords were used to explore the potential topics of the future mobile banking. This study found that smart phones was a new research topic from 1997 to 2007. From 2008 to 2012, the use of technology for mobile payment platform and the protection of customer privacy and transaction security importance were the key research topics. From 2013-2017, mobile payments were ongoing researched and discussed topics. Also, several papers studied the successful factors of the users through the mobile device and the use of mobile banking related issues. Finally, we compared the three-period and drew the correlation graphs and compared the special changes and differences between the three periods. The results of this study are expected to be useful to scholars and practitioners.
