| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 戰略暨國家安全碩士在職專班 === 105 === This study explores the national security and the transformation of our country 's military service system. through the analysis of the military service system in our country and the comparison of the relevant literatures of scholars. The main purposes of study are 3 points: 1.Explore the main factors affecting the military service system of a country; 2. Explore the military service system and its causes in the world's major countries; 3. On the basis of the comparative analysis with countries (USA, China, Japan) to explore the possible challenge of the conquest system in Our Country. Modern warfare emphasizes concentration of effectiveness, rather than concentration of large troops. Taiwan is also facing an impact regarding a decreasing number of new born children.
Therefore, future military forces planning should be focused upon a highly professional, excellent quality, and capable military personnel, with a view to maximizing military capabilities through efficientlyoperating high-tech weapon systems. The all-volunteer recruitment system is a consensus reached through Taiwan's democratic transition and social multi-polarity. It is also a governmental near-term policy, as well as a significant reform in the establishment of Taiwan's national defense in history. The implementation of the recruitment system, not only the narrow military service system of discussion, but also involves the adjustment of military strategy and the transformation of national defense organizations, affecting the survival of the country is very deadly. This paper analyzes the transformation and reform of our military service system by collating the military service system in the world.
