Even in the important basic industries and emerging industries and other development, has a considerable importance and relevance. In Taiwan, we lack of natural resources, energy and resources rely heavily on imports. And we interact closely with the international economic network, foreign trade dependence is extremely high, but the international environmental awareness, freedom of trade and other trends, so the adjustment of industry and the use of resources on the formation of pressure. The circular industry of resource is arising because of the strong demand for recycling the precious metal. This study explores the resources and capabilities of case companies in the process through the dynamic capability architecture proposed by Teece et al. (1997). When changing the position and path, the process can be updated and generate new business capabilities. The development process of its case company is divided into three periods: the creation period (1978 ~ 1999), the growth expansion period (2000 ~ 2008), the group period (2009 ~ so far). A systematic analysis of case company how to adapt to environmental changes to adjust their own resources and capabilities, combined with PESTEL analysis, five force analysis, SWOT analysis and financial ratio analysis of competitive advantage analysis model, analysis of the impact of the formation of strategic factors. It means through internal and external environment, industry and financial analysis methods, research and development is conducive to the future development of the case company transient competitive strategy.
