Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 地球與環境科學研究所 === 105 === In this study, prepared nano - zinc oxide by microbial induced mineralization. Zinc nitrate as zinc source and urea as precipitant. Changing the solvent and the concentration of urea were 0.1, 0.3, 0.5, 1.1M, respectively. The bacterium is Bacillus pasteurii, as a microorganism, when contacting with the urease would occur hydrolysis, and precipitate with metal ions. Then, put in high - tempreture at 400oC for 4 hours, and analyzed by XRD, FTIR, TEM, TEM-EDS. From XRD, the crystal structure of the nano - zinc oxide is wurtzite structure. FTIR, the absorption peak at 457cm-1 is Zn—O stretching vibration. TEM and SEM can see a lot of sheets are stacked on the surface structure, and by TEM-EDS can find increase the concentration of urea, the Zn weight decreased, but the O weight increased. In the photodegradation, the nano-zinc oxide with 0.1M urea concentration had the best photodegradation. And in the antibacterial experiments, there are inhibition of bacterial growth whether in 24 hours of solar-light or in dark reaction and solar-light reaction.
