Summary:碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 資訊管理系研究所 === 105 === Nowadays, because of the growth of private vehicles, the parking lot is hard to find. This has made the demand for parking is very urgent. Although there are many intelligent parking APPs, but many of them are with poor design and have lower interaction between users and mobile applications. This study explores how developers can use interactive design guidelines and action research to design smart parking APPs and it tends to explore how to develop a smart parking APP that with high interactivity based on a series of interviews and system evaluations. This study found that screen size, application color, instant information, and how to give information to user will intensively affect the user's interaction with APPs in the Internet of things (IoT) environment. It is hoped to improve the quality of APPs through the results of current study and to enhance the interaction between APPs and the users.
