After the end of the Cold War in 1991, the regional conflicts, especially in the Northeast Asia region has been in a state of instability, and North Korea's nuclear issue is one of the most in need of concern, all countries want the Korean Peninsula to maintain denuclearization, can ensure the security of the Northeast Asian region. In 1950, after the outbreak of the Korean War, China tried to take a place in North Korea by dispatching the "People's Volunteers" North Korea's relations with the Soviet Union have changed significantly. After the Korean War, China is still committed to reducing its relations with North Korea, and China has paid a heavy price in the Korean War. The Chinese government has also made great efforts to reduce the influence of the Soviet Union on North Korea. In 1993 and 2002, the nuclear crisis in North Korea took place, and China's foreign policy was also undergoing major changes.
