Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 企業管理系研究所 === 105 === The main purpose of this study was to investigate the factors affecting the behavior of two kinds of consumers: manufacturer and end user for selecting the waterborne wood paint and determines the factors which give a better comprehension of the important trends in decision-making. The first step of this research is to investigate of important factor trends of waterborne wood paint and identify relevant factors by searching in the related literature. The second step of this research is consulted with experts and scholars to make sure the framework of the Questionnaire correct. In this step, the most important thing is to find out which factors are Inappropriate. Then, we can arrange potentially factors cooperate with decision hierarchical structure. The levels of factors in decision hierarchical structure were determined by questionnaire survey.
There are 149 valid samples which 37 samples belong to the manufacturer and 112 samples belong to end user. In this research, we apply Analysis Hierarchy Process (AHP) method cooperated with the three ranking logic to calculate the weight for each factor. From the result of the complete independent law, we can claim that the weight in each important factor seems to be more reasonable in both Consumer. Based on the result, we proposed these finding and reason for selecting KSFs to water borne wood paint in each two consumers.
Top five KSFs of the manufacturer is reducing Inflation distortion rate、Prevent moldy、Surface hardness、Pungent odor、Wood protection against the pest. And top five KSFs of the end user is Weather fastness、human health problem、Prevent moldy、Pungent odor、Wood protection against the pest.
And the results will help them to make close to each other's intersection point decision. And the result can provide the needed reference. Achieve the purpose of cooperation between industry and academia.
