In order to find the patterns of job switch among job-transfer experts, research subjects in this study include reasons to change jobs, path of career development, working attitudes, and occupational personality. This study found that the motivation of job-transfer experts to change jobs and their working attitudes were influenced by occupational personality. Based on the research results, suggestions are provided for fresh graduates to help them live a wonderful life and plan career development ahead as job-transfer experts do.
