The study found the motivators for young people to switch jobs are long working hours, the degree of work autonomy and freedom, the quality of interpersonal relationships, the difficulty of getting along with boss, work risk, opportunity of learning, compensation and benefits. In addition, more challenging tasks, less daily routine tasks and a sense of accomplishment are also important factors. This study selected DISC to measure the occupational personality and found the flowing results. Young people with Steadiness type have no strong sense of finding one’s purpose in work, have strong motivation to resist change at work, prefer job stability, and unwilling to switch job when they have a stable and simple job. On the contrary, people with Dominance type like to have irregular work contents, to pursuit work efficiency and formal evaluation. If job is simple and full of daily routines, most Dominance type will involve in job switch. Young people with compliance personality have a certain self-confidence in their social skills and like to have a good interpersonal relationship with both co-workers and supervisors. 艾昌瑞 2017 學位論文 ; thesis 83 zh-TW |
