The background characteristics of the managers are important issues in theory and practice of the company's strategy choice and business performance. Looking back at domestic and foreign literature related to managers and organizational performance, they focus much on the manager's age, tenure, functional experience than manager’s narcissistic characteristics. In addition, most of the relevant literature on over-narcissistic trait only take into account the overconfidence level of narcissistic traits, and discuss the impact of financial performance in the financial field, few strategies organizational theory scholars concerned about the impact of the strategy caused by manager narcissism. Based on this reason, this study will aim to explore the relationship between managers' narcissistic characteristics and corporate strategy change, and use the 2014 listed companies in Taiwan as the sample to conduct linear regression analysis and verify the hypothesis. The results of the study found that the narcissism of manager will have a positive relationship with the change in corporate strategy and that is highly significant, that is, narcissistic managers have the confidence to carry out strategic changes with high risk activities. It is hoped that the results of the study will be used to analyze the influence of the decision-making behavior and the future strategy on the development of the enterprise and the sustainable development of the society for reference.
