碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 企業管理系研究所 === 105 === With the rise of environmental conscience and the globalization, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has become a part of Taiwan enterprise’s consideration that can't be ignored in business management, but there are still many companies make a behavior that is harmful to society for their own profit, and view CSR as a luxury investment and with no connection to companies’ growth. According to the Strategic Corporate Social Responsibility (SCSR) concept proposed by Michael E. Porter and Mark R. Kramer in Harvard Business Review〈Strategy and Society : The Link Between Competitive Advantage and Corporate Social Responsibility〉in 2006, CSR is divided into two types: The Strategic Corporate Social Responsibility (SCSR) related to the operation of the company, another is Response Corporate Social Responsibility (RCSR) that contribute to society rather than combine with the company's policy, Due to there are many companies undertake a RCSR ,resulting in misunderstanding that CSR and corporate interests are conflict with each other. Therefore, the enterprise should undertake the SCSR related to the operation of the company, but there are still many enterprises in Taiwan are mostly only bear the RCSR, the study by interviews and secondary data analysis, strive to explore motivations and antecedents of undertaking different types of CSR, and discovering the factors of slack resources, behavior intention and rule of law environment which affect the enterprise's social responsibility type, In addition, it can cooperate with Resource- Based Theory , Behavior Theory and Institutional Theory to give practical advice, hope to become the reference when Taiwan enterprises undertake the CSR activities .
