Less researches show that what will impact to the interviewers when the applicants have inappropriate behaviors. Hence, this study uses quantitative research method and qualitative research method to conduct the research, which is experimental method and in-depth interview. There are 78 participants in the experimental method, which participants in the experiment group and control group half and half. We adopt the appropriate and inappropriate with verbal and nonverbal behaviors to manipulate the applicants’ behaviors during the mock interview. Result indicate that interviewers will aware the inappropriate behaviors and will also have the negative impact to the interviewer evaluation. On the other hand, we invite 10 managers who have rich interview experiences be our participants. The result disclosure that the interviewers will aware the inappropriate behaviors by the applicants and it will not only effect the interviewer evaluation but also the interviewer mood.
