碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 犯罪防治研究所 === 105 === This study integrates an ecological perspective to explore the background and motivation of those who were revoked from parole due to theft, and the interaction between other systems after the recidivism, and its effects on the subject, and the thoughts of those who were revoked from parole after they are put in the prison. The selection of sample in this study is based on purposive sampling, which selected from prisoners, and each sample have 90-120 minutes of interview time, and there are two in-depth individual interviews. There are six samples involved in these research been brought into research and analysis. Interviews mainly focus on their life experiences, the transforms after interactions between ecosystem, and understanding the effects that systems. After the interview, we conduct Hermeneutic Phenomenology to analyze through conversations and Thematic Analysis. The main result of the research suggests there is difference between interaction with the sample and perspective of microsystem, mesosystem, exosystem, macrosystem, and in the interaction between four systems. After the sample have been put in the prison, there are still effects. It even changes their personal values and point of views. From the ecosystem frame, the problem of the sample is to help them comprehensively, such as varieties of helps from personal character, family and society. To solve the basic problems of the sample, is the basic way to solve the recidivism.
