Thus, track elastomers can endure one force form operating vehicle and another force from the ground contact friction to effective movement. In fact, the tracked vehicles always drive in a strict terrain condition, so that track elastomers are easy to abrade. However, the abrade degree of the track elastomer that effects the overall vehicle safety is very large. It is reasonable to predict the effect of the track elastomer by the external factors in the abrasion degree caused by feedback. That will allow us to know the preparation period of early replacement, and significantly reduce the risk of driving with risk. This study focuses on durability test of track elastomers, so as to obtain the abrasion degree of track elastomers in a normal situation of the installation of the vehicle to drive on the road. Then the study will able to analyze the service lifetime of track elastomers. The results are used as a reference for providing the user a plan for the replacement of the track elastomers. Thence, for track elastomers it is easy to capture its abrasion degree data in the experimental test. It would take an accelerated life test to shorten the time spent of the durability test, speed up the inspection rate, and improve the total experimental test time. Finally, the study discusses the test factors effect on abrasion degree of track elastomers, by raising the average speed and increasingly strict terrain conditions. In addition, the experimental data used the response surface method to make a mathematical model which can effectively predict the test mileage limit of tracked elastomers under different matching test factors.
