Beimen Visitor Center that reconstructed from a old warehouse, is managed by the Southwest Coast National Scenic Area Administration, and integrates such tourism resources as "Salt History", "Wetland Ecology" and "Religious Humanities". With improvement in quality of life and income, people impose stricter requirements for overall environment, service quality, recreational experience and facilities of the tourist areas, which are the tourism factors they will take into account. In previous studies,only few focused involving on tourists’ satisfaction and willingness to revisit include visitor centers as the subjects. Thus,this study regards the Beimen Visitor Center as the subject in order to explore the key factors affecting tourist satisfaction, and willingness to revisit. The research framework includes tourism attraction, service quality, facilities, satisfaction and willingness to revisit. Furehurmore, it analyzes whether there are significant differences in satisfaction and willingness to revisit between different population. In this study, SPSS17.0 (Chinese version) was used for reliability analysis, validity analysis, descriptive statistics, t test, one-way ANOVA, and regression analysis. The study found that there are significant difference in tourist’s willingness to revisit caused by education, age, occupation, income, tourism attraction ,facilities ,destination image, and customer satisfaction. The results of the multiple regression analysis shows that tourism attractions, facilities, destination image, and satisfaction are significantly associated with willingness to revisit.
