| Summary: | 碩士 === 真理大學 === 觀光事業學系碩士班 === 105 === The aim of this study is to discuss the relationship between Satisfaction, Revisiting Willingness of visitor of the Tainan national historic sites. A total of 304 questionnaires were gather for Cronbach’s α, descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way analysis (ANOVA), Scheffe's multiple test, regression analysis and Importance-Performance Analysis. The results showed that most of the tourists are unmarried, female, 15 to 25 years older and with a college education. The results found that the degree of satisfaction “It is clear in the travel environment” , ”It is safe and comfortable in the tourist environment” and ”The attitude of service staff is nice” are higher than those of other item. Most of respondents had high degree of revisiting willingness.
On the basis of one-way analysis, there is a significant difference found between tourist satisfaction and different degree of educations. According to regression analysis of satisfaction and revisiting willingness, we found that tourist satisfaction has a significant positive impact on revisiting willingness.
Based on Importance-Performance Analysis, we suggest that “Clean toilet” , ” Enough travel information” and ”Activities in the historical sites” in Tainan National Historical sites should be improved as soon as possible.
