Summary:碩士 === 真理大學 === 資訊工程學系碩士班 === 106 === This article probes calibration procedure of the Fringe Projection Profilometry (FPP) under the laser architecture, and the printed circuit board (PCB) reconstruction information. In coherent light, will produce speckle noise and affect the reconstruction effect. We use the block matching 3D(BM3D) to denoise, and use of dual-frequency fringe on discontinuous object phase correction. Using the multi-polarization fringe projection method to make up for the high dynamic range of PCB, and PCB shape scanning. Finally, the shape from different views are stitching through the iterative closest point(ICP) to obtain a complete PCB shape.
