The method of data collection was questionnaire survey, adopted from a questionnaire named “Questionnaire on political feasibility of flipped classroom for elementary schools” to analyze the political feasibility of flipped classroom, research subjects were elementary teachers in Taoyuan, there were 420 questionnaires being sent and valid samples were 404 ones.Data was analyzed by using descriptive statistic, and one-way ANOVA.The main findings of this study were following as: The difference toward the perception of flipped classroom wassignificant, was caused by the positions, years of teaching,education degree and school size. The difference toward the political feasibility of flipped classroom was significant, was caused by years of teaching, education degree, and school size. The research suggest that the department of education in Taoyuan City should investigate and plan for the suitable Flipped Classroom projects for the education environment of Taoyuan City, draft the plans for promoting the professional community for flipped classroom ,and provide the funds to execute the plan. For the schools, they should invite the teachers who are able to demostrate the Flipped Classroom teaching to let all the staff in the schools to know deeply how to execute the plan. The schools should also respect teachers’ willings to use this method in the classroom. For the teachers, they had better to take the mode of Flipped Classroom while they are planning their lesson plans, and to adjust their plans according to the students’ educational stage or the subjects for the highest teaching effects.
