Summary:碩士 === 元智大學 === 化學工程與材料科學學系 === 104 === TFT-LCD extensive application of LCD panels on the various products such as cell phones, televisions and monitor etc. But the skills are getting great, demand of customers is getting diverse. The large and medium-small sized panels are forced to raise the productivity. Not only the quantity of the products but also the quality are forced to move up, too. Without changing existing facilities-Anilox(PI build-up) and parameter condition of Production equipment, 21.5” panels are as improved samples. Membrane thickness is discussed to improved way with a team to find out parameter condition and material. Moreover, optimization methodologies e.g. DOE(Design of Experiment) were applied for finding suitable combinations of processing parameters. In this experiment, mesh angle of APR plate 72, the difference of mesh quantity 450, Percentage adjustment of PI solids 5.8% content are applied for finding variety of membrane thickness and getting the suitable numerical data in different conditions.
