Description
Summary:碩士 === 元智大學 === 工業工程與管理學系 === 104 === Even though some automatic inspection machines can cover visual inspection and reduce the workload, the visual inspection still cannot be completely replaced by machines especially in the inspection of product appearance. As a result, how to increase operators’ working efficiency and improve their visual fatigue as well as musculoskeletal disorders became an important task. This study focused on developing and manufacturing the brand-new visual inspection machine for quartz crystal parts by zooming in the image of product appearance with switchable display types with continuous image and discontinuous image. Through these switchable types, operators can accurately inspect product appearance without getting into visual fatigue and musculoskeletal disorders easily. This research was experimented by six experienced operators and six inexperienced operators. Under three visual inspection modes and each mode per 120 minutes’ experiment, the inspecting data were collected and analyzed by using signal detection theory. Before and after experiments, all operators should finish the questionnaires of body-part discomfort, CFF (critical fusion frequency) and NPA (Near point accommodation) that used to evaluate the variations in vision and musculoskeletal discomfort. The result shows that the brand-new reformed semi-auto visual inspection machine not only improved musculoskeletal discomfort but also made inexperienced operators feel more comfortable than what experienced operators feel. As to the abnormal product inspection, the semi-auto visual inspection machine is 5 times the accuracy of the 5X magnifier, and the experienced operators were with higher accuracy than the inexperienced operators. However, inspection by using 5X magnifier could get better working performance and better improvement of visual fatigue.
