碩士 === 元智大學 === 管理碩士在職專班 === 104 === Enterprisers consider the cost reduction as one of Key Performance Index , to remain competitive under the globally pressure.If enterprisers wants to enhance the competition, they must good manage purchase activities for more efficiency. Also this can reduce the risk when procurement. After survey the previous research and studies, I found the most studies were researched the influence between sourcing strategies and sourcing performance or the influence between supplier relationship and sourcing performance. Rarely research about the influence among sourcing strategy, supplier relationship and sourcing performance were be found nowadays. Therefore, this thesis will take the Pump Manufacturer as example, focus on the topic of the influence of Sourcing strategies implementation on Supplier relationship and Sourcing Performance. This study is taking the Pump Manufacturer as example. Adopting methodology of poll survey.210 copies were sent out, 185 copies returned. 20 invalid replied were excluded. So there are 165 valid returns. the response rate is 78.57%. the statistic software SPSS18.0 used for data analysis purpose. Methodologies of frequency distribution statistics, Pearson correlation, multiple regression, NOVA analysis method for SPSS18.0 were applied to testify the Hypothesis. The conclusion derived from the analysis is as following： 1. The characteristic of organizations had significant impact on sourcing strategy, supplier relationship, sourcing performance in samples of pump manufacturer's supply chain. 2. The result finding that if there is good communication with supplier by giving commitment and sharing future version to supplier while enterprisers pay more attention on supply relationship. good and long-term relationship has positive influence when enterprisers develop and work out the sourcing strategy. 3. The result finding that if enterprisers can make a good sourcing strategy based on the past relationship with supplier and meet the supply chain optimization purpose, it will help purchaser reach the target which company set up, also has positive influence to enhance the sourcing performance. 4. The result finding that the quality of supplier relationship has positive affect the sourcing performance. Though commitment and share future version can strengthen the partnership. it will reduce the sense of distrust when enterprisers comply with frame agreement. No doubt that supplier will meet buyer's request. most of all, the buyer can enhance the sourcing performance. Key words：Sourcing Strategies, Supplier Relationship, Sourcing Performance
