Taiwan International Lions Clubs thrive in the Republic of the 1970s, the government has done a lot to assist emergency relief, and foreign visits Sisters, Friendship allies, AirPlus crowd benefit numerous violations of their homeland like on high growth period. Later, as the Chinese mainland to set up the Lions, and actively participate in international activities, coupled with significantly shorten the distance between the countries, to serve the community-oriented Taiwan Lions Clubs International, in addition to changes in the external environment facing on competitors eroded, the number of public service activities on the internal environment and the loss of membership, the emphasis on the business activities of each other friendship exchange activities, Lions lofty status no longer face the harsh survival test. In order to organize the business transformation and sustainable development, we must plan a strategy on the external environment and the organization in response to the road, in order to enable an organization to sustainable business. Therefore, this study will be the case for the Lions, view the organization set goals and ideas, concepts and management techniques to improve the efficiency of the organization and management, we have obtained public service organization and to promote the faith, and then for organization development and marketing and promotion.
