HYSTEROSCOPIC RESECTION OF ENDOMETRIAL POLYPS : A CORRELATION WITH PATHOLOGICAL RESULTS

碩士 === 元智大學 === 管理碩士在職專班 === 104 === Background: According to Taiwan's National Health Insurance statistics, there were about 30,000 patients per year undergoing hysteroscopic polypectomy. Around 100 patients per day in different medical institutions with uterine disorders received transcervical resection of polyps or surgery to remove foreign bodies. Due to large numbers of patients, it is worth exploring medical effects. Purpose: Analysis of the pathological results and age differences in patients with abnormal bleeding, breast cancer using Tamoxifen, and infertility groups. Methods: In a retrospective study, medical records of backtracking, the present study architecture design, data collection is subject to a northern Taiwan regional hospital in 2014 to 2015 of the purposes of the uterine endometrial resection. Patient information, medical records of a total of 233 patients and data analysis were undergone. Results: Ages of hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyps groups revealed a significant difference. Name of the disease hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyps medical also showed a significant difference. Hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyps is improving abnormal uterine bleeding, infertility and breast cancer for women to use, and the medical effects of tamoxifen for women is significant. Conclusions / practical application: The results of this study provide women about uterine endometrial polyps resection pathology reports, obtained higher satisfaction and less anxiety, by the findings of this study provide surgical treatment recommendations, and in the interest of promoting future public health policy.
