It is suggested that the occupational therapist should devote efforts to manage well their stress. The occupational therapist association and union should simplify and reduce the frequency and complexity of accreditation requirements. The association and union can be strengthened functionally by providing assistance and direct support to the union members when they encounter unfair treatment at work and have questions. The administration of the service unit should offer reasonable pay and relevant essential support avenues, perform reasonable and justice management practice, and offer promotion opportunities or employee benefits. Thus, these could reduce the job stress and keep the therapist for providing quality seamless services to the general public.
