This study also aimed to determine whether organization structure setting and the therapists’ personality affect the stress level. Furthermore, this study aimed to determine whether there is a correlation between the stress and the job performance. The results showed that some factors of personality and organization structure setting significantly affected the stress level. With regard to the job performance, some factors of personality showed significant effect. The factors associated with service units had no significant impact on job performance. Regarding the correlation between each dimension of stress level and job performance, there were some dimension of stress level represented inverted U curve with dimension of job performance. It is suggested that the occupational therapist should devote efforts to manage well their stress. The occupational therapist association and union should simplify and reduce the frequency and complexity of accreditation requirements. The association and union can be strengthened functionally by providing assistance and direct support to the union members when they encounter unfair treatment at work and have questions. The administration of the service unit should offer reasonable pay and relevant essential support avenues, perform reasonable and justice management practice, and offer promotion opportunities or employee benefits. Thus, these could reduce the job stress and keep the therapist for providing quality seamless services to the general public.
