Summary:碩士 === 元智大學 === 管理碩士在職專班 === 104 === The sudden introduction of "Yuebao", literally "Leftover Treasure", a financial vehicle by Alibaba Group resulted in a fierce war in internet finance sector in China, besides, in fact "Internet Finance" has already become the new core competitiveness for the numerous online business players in China. Taking as axis the developmental experiences of the e-commerce business operating models of Alibaba Group, this study aimed to explore the background factors behind the rise of Alibaba's e-commerce operating models - methodologically with Comparative Analysis and Time Series Analysis, next also explored the development timeline of internet finance and compiled the progressive models of internet micro-finance; furthermore, based on the e-commerce legislation for Alibaba Group and the characteristics of the innovation under mass monitoring, this study also evaluated the internet finance risks, examined e-regulating dimension, outlined the consecutive development strategies, and demonstrated the Third Party Pay Model with Chinese characteristics. Finally, the study dealt with how should the emerging phenomenon be viewed by making use the international pay model development experiences, and how to advocate the overall e-commerce market in the coming future. In addition, the study also observed internet finance practice, licensure of internet financing institutions, routine regulation and risk disposition responsibility, measures for sound operations of banking industry, so as to present suggestions and the conclusions for upcoming researches and studies by the interested parties.
