The researcher learned of the requirement of Teaching Excellence Center from the qualitative research and developed Multimedia Feedback System for the Center. The researcher uses the descriptive statistics on users of different backgrounds after using Media Feedback System and found the significant difference. Chi-square test has been use to analyze the Fitness and Independence test has been used to do the statistical analysis。 Research Conclusions : A. The requirement of Teaching Excellence Center’s 1. A system to simplify the voting procedures and processes. 2. To simplify and reduce the manpower on the ballots counting procedures and processes 3. Increase the participation of activities on Multimedia Feedback System」。 B. Factors and Connotations of Multimedia Feedback System 1. Multimedia Feedback System includes Users’ System, Back-End Database and External Data. 2. User System : Vote, List of Winners, Facebook, Shares and Message Board. 3. Back-End Database, Users Database, Voting Database and Message Database. 4. External Data:Fan page from Center’s Facebook and Center’s activity notification on Center’s website. C. Behaviors of using Media Feedback System in A colleague students. 1. Log in Frequency Rate - Average 80 times per day. The most is on the day of the activity. 2. System Category Click Through Rate - Average 49 times per day. The most is Vote. 3. Activity Participation - Average 55 times per day. The most is on the day of the activity. 4. Category Read Time - Average 51 minutes per day. The longest is Vote. 5. Priority Category Click Through Rate - Average 36 times per day. The most is Vote. D. Behaviors differences among users of Multimedia Feedback System of different backgrounds. 1. Female/Management College/Junior Students/Age ranged from 21-23 years old - Login Frequency is obviously more than Male/Design College/Senior Students/Age ranged from 19-20 years old. 2. Female/Humanities College/Junior Students/Age ranged from 21-23 years old - Category Click Through Rate is obviously higher than Male/Design College/Graduate School/Age ranged from 19-20 years old. 3. Female/Humanities College/Junior Students/Age ranged from 21-23 years old - Category Read Time is obviously longer than Male/Management College/Graduate School/Age ranged from 24-25 years old. 4. Female/Humanities College/Junior Students/Age ranged from 21-23 years old - Activity Participation Rate is obviously higher than Male/Design College/Graduate School/Age ranged from 24-25 years old. 5. Female/Humanities College/Junior Students/Age ranged from 21-23 years old - The Rate of clicking Vote as the Priority Category is obviously higher than Male/Design College/Graduate School/Age ranged from 24-25 years old. Because of the duration of this study is kind of short, the difference of feedbacks and corrections from users’ behaviors is kind of less. However, it is available for the following related researches as the quote on users’ behavior and system development. The whole research process is available for the reference of the following system developer. Nyan-myau Lyau Ph.D 廖年淼 博士 2016 學位論文 ; thesis 159 zh-TW
