Human have been protecting themselves and defending since ancient times in physiology and psychology. Cuan-Jhong the author of‘’GuanZin’’ said “Historical records if planner constructs cities and town buildings, He should observe natural features and condition advantageous to settle down those conditions in city area. That showed a concept of “Form internal structure and moat to conform topography that people resided for a long time.” Environmental planning known visible defense concept is searchable, and invisible defense concept must be promoted by disaster prevention practice. In the new ages, city and community planning must make use of the outer conditions to climatic diversification and disaster reduction. In global warming, population and area proportion is the champion of the world with Natural Disasters in Taiwan. If people got more opportunity to practice, it could decrease the harm for their community. The research would promote and provided with an awareness of disaster prevention and drill of actual. The most of community public architecture had been said “Mosquito House” (et. abandon space) in countryside. However, an additional multi-purpose use for community public space would be more flexible with hideaway when disaster coming, the community center would be used to more feature base to assistant and prevention point. The research picked twelve community public architecture for the assets standard categories. The architecture have been used for refuge and hardware equipment to reinforce its effectiveness. If community people could help by themselves one another, same as the senior people in the community, the government policy must be more considerate. People could make the very best use of the traditional buildings as the function of disaster prevention place, and the emergency scattering space.
