Therefore, Sun Moon Lake scenic area, the thesis is to study as an example, in-depth study of tourists regarding the Sun Moon Lake National Scenic Area crowded perception, recreational satisfaction degree, recreation conflict how to influence regarding the activity or place of recreation satisfaction. By means of questionnaire survey, the questionnaire includes four major items, such as crowding perception, recreation satisfaction, recreation conflict and basic information of tourists. From March 2016 1 to March 14th, a total of 6 days of investigation, in the Sun Moon Lake area tourists as the object, using convenience sampling method, questionnaire survey. A total of 450 questionnaires were issued, which spent 44 questionnaires, 406 valid questionnaires were obtained. The collected data using SPSS 21.0 to carry on the statistical analysis and verification, the distribution of tourist population statistic variables and, using LISREL 9.2 confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation model, empirical research analysis. The result of this research shows that age to 21 to 30 years of age, emotion as a single, education to university level, occupation to service industry, place of residence to Chang vote majority. Travel partner with family and relatives the most. The sampling data and the model has a good fit, for an acceptable model and on the effective mode of explanation and prediction of tourists crowded perception, recreation conflict, recreational satisfaction among potential variables the causal relationship. Crowded perception and Recreation satisfaction is positively correlated with a significant recreation conflict mediation effects. Finally, this study according to the research results and conclusions, present academic and business aspects of the specific management implications and suggestions, and points out the suggestion for future research directions.
