Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 資訊管理系 === 104 === To manage one’s health, the general public usually relies on care from medical staff, while ignoring the importance of self-management. To help people effectively control healthcare-related experience and expenditure, Taiwan’s Ministry of Health and Welfare launched the "My Health Bank" (MHB hereafter) system. However, based on social-technical approach, the successful promotion of MHB needs not only technological side as system design and functionality, but also human factors. This study focuses on the important factors influencing acceptance intention of MHB, after extensive literature review, health belief model combined with expanded valence framework was adopted to establish a research framework. Then SmartPLS 3.2.3 was applied for structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis for 442 valid samples. Major conclusion can be summarized as follows: (1) perceived integrity and perceived competence have significant positive effect on users’ trust toward MHB, (2) performance risk and time risk are two major concerns for users’ risk perception toward MHB, (3) Perceives severity and self-efficacy have significant and positive effect on users’ perceived benefit toward MHB, and (4) perceived risk and perceived benefit have significant positive effect on users’ acceptance intention of MHB. These findings can help suggesting strategies for effective MHB promotions.
