Network security issues are also increasingly important because more and more internet security problems are generated. In this thesis, we will explore how to hide secret messages could not be found. Thus, two data hiding schemes are proposed in this thesis. One is based on the Standard Deviation and MGEMD(Multi-Generalized Exploiting Modification Direction). The major contributions of this proposed scheme are not only to reserve secret data is dependent on the standard deviation of different images but also to reach hiding secret data adjustability according to the maintaining quality and capacity target. The other method is based on the LSB and GEMD technology. The major advantange of this scheme is it can be embedded (k+4)/3 bpp (bits per pixels) for each group. In order to explain the first scheme’s contribution, we will give two different experimental results in this thesis., One, we will show that it can provide suggestive coefficient to attain fixed capacity and image quality. The others, according to standard deviation to decide threshold, it can achieve maintain capacity and image quality purposes, Finally, for the second scheme, we will give the simulation which uses three pixels as a group to hide secret data and then it can prove that this scheme not only achieving 3 bpp capacity but also maintaining good image quality and preventing RS analysis.
