Among these years, the enterprise territory of C Group keeps growing.When the Group copes with the problems of manpower requirement and enhancing job skills, employees can quickly adapt themselves to the the changing environment. Also, they can improve work performance, the products and the quality of service.Finally, Group can create superior performance and enhance the competitivenes of the organization. In 2014, due to the model of autonomous education training in each branch has been unable to respond to the rapid expansion of the group's manpower demand, and at the same time, the group was facing the organized labor restructuring problems, so it needed to integrate the different education training courses that of the plant's capacity to deal with the international demand, the company is facing a case of human tissue restructuring issue, the decision to choose the functions to address short-term personnel problems or long-term planning of human resources management activities. C Group in 2014 due to the participation of the third generation and personally led, so that management functions and cognitive issues in the plant by the group's top leaders attach great importance, so the project can function dominated by higher-order core staff, but also to promote the increased success probability. Group in 2015 in cooperation with the management consulting firm established functional model, Competency this model can link strategies management companies, and also can help companies in the talent evaluation, performance management, training and development of effective management employees. Although the initial rely on consultants, but in the long run, the group itself still need to build its own system to copy with the skills of employees to be with the industrial and technological progress, and increased opportunities for rotation and sophisticated, so that the Group create superior performance and enhance the organization's overall competitiveness.
