Summary: | 碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 企業管理系 === 104 === The main purpose of this study is to explore the spinning machine parts manufacture while to be confronted with process improvement that case how to deal and provide practical references to enterprises. This study applied to case study method with recreational participation, observational survey and data collected process. The results and conclusions are as the follow:
1. The important method of assembly leads to process improvement: (1) problem analysis, (2) project team establish, (3) brain storm, (4) improvement target decision, (5) equipment capacity norm decision, (6) experiment design, (7) process design, (8) resources integration, (9) small amount test, (10) horizontal development. One of the execution decision is an important item that influenced equipment capacity planning, time affection and process design while in order to assure horizontal development works well therefor could search an appropriate manufacturing execution system for enterprises.
2. In fact, there are many methods for process improvement but almost employed statistical process control mainly, namely, the 7 quality control, new 7 quality control and FMEA etc., but this case company applied statistical method to analyze problems and solved problems with analyzing figures, hence, conducted team brain storm with professional suggestions to figure out problem solution strategy.
3. In process improvement, applying operate function easily, strength autonomy power and corporate with local firms to manufacture in order to reach the purpose of reducing equipment and customized costs in equipment improvement process. By the way, the monitor of equipment reinstalled and self-customized match automatic inspector could control process quality efficiently to reach the target of automatic. Also reduced abnormal conditions, stagnated and stop production, then leads to improve the target of productivity.
