碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 企業管理系 === 104 === Abstract This research aims to understand the factors which influenced the procurement personnel’s decision on the procurement of materials used for ship repair. In this research, procurement-related factors are collected first and then analyzed via importance-performance analysis in order to realize the significance and things which might be far from excellence. It is expected that the procurement process can be improved and efficiency and quality can be enhanced as well. The method of this research is questionnaire survey and the interviewees include those from Defense Procurement Office, Naval Command, Naval Maintenance & Repair Command, Logistics Support Command (Factory) and Naval Fleet Command. The purpose is to examine this issue from the perspectives of those who really had practical experiences in procurement so as to understand the importance and performance of factors in the process of procurement. The data from questionnaires are analyzed by IBM SPSS 20.0 with descriptive analysis, independent samples t-test and one-way ANOVA, and are finally analyzed based on Importance-Performance analysis. The research results show that, in terms of the importance and performance of procurement, there are distinguishing differences among procurement personnel with different backgrounds. Moreover, to simplify the procurement process, to review the loading of various procurement personnel, and to examine procurement plans are the first priority issues for improvement.
