The paper uses the Strategic Posture Analysis of Seetoo (1994) and other written lectures to analyze a comprehensive measure of Chungjye Shoes Company’s business strategy and competitive edge from three stages of its growth during 20 years. This paper provides few theoretical explanations as below: 1. This research finds that enterprises would continue to expand heavily in new products or markets, fueling an increase in the companies' current value, then be compared with those of competitors to access more resources for the further development of business scopes and strategies, internationally. 2. The study shows the measure also appears to STP at OEM strategy that could capture new customers and develop more business scopes by processing customer and supplier networks. 3. The fact shows the growth of enterprises is associated with greater levels of cooperation strategies in supply chains, for instance, a joint venture. 4. The study presents that stock options have become a great motivation to internal stakeholders whose benefit financially from their contributions to an enterprise’s success.
