Therefore, the purposes of this study were to 1) investigate 3C users’ cognition, attitude, behavior, mobile health care requirement and the correlations toward wound care among them, 2) investigate 3C users’ cognition, attitude, behavior, mobile health care requirement and explore influencing factors, 3) investigate 3C users’ requirement assessment for mobile health in wound care. The researcher conducted this cross-sectional and purposive sampling study. Three hundred and sixty one 3C users were enrolled from one social networking site in Taiwan. The statistical procedures such as mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation and multiple regression analysis were applied in data managements. The results showed that: 1) The 3C users who had been taught the wound care knowledge (p<0.01), having children (p<0.05) had significant difference on the wound care knowledge . 2) The 3C users who had been taught the wound care knowledge (p<0.001) had significant difference on the wound care attitude. 3) The 3C users who had been taught the wound care knowledge (p<0.001), having children(p<0.05) and using the smartphone for longer time(p<0.05) had significant difference on the wound care behavior. 4) The 3C users’ knowledge and attitude toward wound care were significant positively correlated with mobile health care requirements. 5) For moble health care requirements, the 3C users had interested on using mobile health care device to faciliate the wound care, wound assessment and wound healing. Our results can serve as the important reference for health care providers and policy makers to increase knowledge of mobile health in wound care for general public.
