The maximal voluntary contraction (MVC) 2. The surface electromyography-median frequency (sEMG-Median frequency) 3. . The blood flow measurement device 4. visual analogue scale (VAS) Outcome measures: 1. The maximal voluntary contraction (MVC) did not reach significant difference in four groups. With time to compare, the combined group at tenth minute after intervention muscle strength recovery. 2. The surface electromyography-median frequency (sEMG-Median frequency) the four groups at post-ex and pre-ex significant differences, and after the intervention all return to the original muscle state; 3. The blood flow measurement device showed that four groups were no significant differences. And four groups were compared to each other were found similar trends in the bloodstream. Post-ex: downward change and there is an upward trend at the time of post-intervention; 4. The muscle soreness were measured by visual analogue scale (VAS) the fatigue level: there is no difference between four groups. Pre-ex and post-ex in four groups: all subjects feel muscle fatigue achieve significant differences. Conclusion: This research have active recovery, electrical stimulation, electrical stimulation combined with active recovery and control comparison intervention mode. Compared with each other via the group can be found under the initiative to recovery the electrical stimulation combined with active recovery compared with each other can be more quickly recover maximal voluntary contraction, and also the fastest recovery among the visual analog scale. The three intervention methods are able to provide athletes, sports competitions after giving way to intervene to achieve fast response muscle fatigue state, in order to facilitate the next training or rehabilitation or conduct clinical rehabilitation.
