Summary: | 碩士 === 育達科技大學 === 休閒事業管理系碩士班 === 104 === This study aims to probe into the factors that impact young children’s identification with the heroes in their mind by investigating preschool teachers through questionnaire. Besides related literature review, it also applies the modified Delphi method by which the experts in this field converge towards a consensus to summarize the influencing factors and generate the AHP framework. The analytic hierarchy process is used to reveal the index weights rated by preschool teachers regarding the factors that influence the heroic roles in young children’s mind and then establish the corresponding weight system.
As shown by the research results, the sub-criteria, whose weights rank the first to the sixth, with regard to young children’s selection of the heroic roles in their mind according to the preschool teachers’ on-site observation, are openness to experience, specific abilities, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness and ability to live. The total weights of these six elements take up 60% of the overall weight. It indicates that they are the key factors and important reference items for young children’s identification with their favorite roles.
The research results provide the basis for frontline preschool teachers to grasp the heroic roles in young children’s mind. Additionally, they can help preschool teachers or parents analyze and understand the key factors and important reference indexes for young children’s identification with their favorite roles. They can be even applied to the shaping of role images on the part of preschool teachers and young children’s parents.
