It was hoped that such adjustments in the implementation of teaching or other activities could help enhance the students' learning effects and learning satisfaction, and facilitate their development in terms of interpersonal relationship. It could also be used as reference by the schools' administrative units in their formulation of school policies that could help the students to enhance learning effects, learning satisfaction and develop a better physical fitness, thus achieving the goals in both physical and mental health. With a questionnaire prepared in this study as the research tool, this study used descriptive analysis, independent sample t test, One-way ANOVA, LSD test and Pearson product-moment correlation for analysis. The findings were as follows: 1.The learning effects of higher graders in these primary schools were satisfactory in the whole. The highest scores were seen in skills, while the others are ranked as: cognition, affection. 2.The learning satisfaction demonstrated by the higher graders in these primary schools was also found to be good in the whole. The highest scores were seen in peer relationship, while the others were ranked as: teacher's teaching, grounds and facilities, school administration. 3.Significant differences were seen in the learning outcomes of the higher graders of primary schools during PE classes when it comes to "gender" and affection, "different schools" and cognition and skills, "participation in sports clubs" and affection. "Grade", "PE teaching", "sessions of PE classes' and "school size" could not cause significant differences in the learning effects of PE classes. 4.Significant differences were seen in the learning satisfaction of higher graders of primary schools during PE classes when it comes to "gender" and school administration, "schools the students are in", "school size" and peer relationship, teachers' teaching, grounds and facilities, school administration. Other factors liked "PE teaching", "sessions of PE classes' and "participation in sports clubs" could not cause significant differences in the learning satisfaction with the PE classes. 5.Significant differences were seen in the interpersonal relationship of higher graders of primary schools during PE classes when it comes to "gender" and emotional support, communication and acceptance of others. "Grade", "the school the student is in", "school size", "PE teaching", "sessions of PE classes" and "participation in sports clubs" could not cause any significant differences. 6.The learning outcomes, learning satisfaction and interpersonal relationship of higher-graders during PE classes in primary schools were positively correlated. 7.The learning satisfaction of higher graders of primary schools could positively influence their learning effects.
