碩士 === 育達科技大學 === 資訊管理所 === 104 === The research focuses on an electrical and electronics company, which already acquired ISO 9001 certification in 2008. The company was established in 1973 the capital of the company amounts twenty-eight million (NTD/USD), and the number of the employees are ninety-five. The company specializes in the production of electrical and electronic measuring instruments exported to Europe, the Americas, and South Africa for sale. Using the relevant literature collection and summary analyzes the case of the company with ISO critical success factors and continuously implement five core key goals: (1) fully internal execution, (2) to increase customer satisfaction and reduce complaints, (3) determination of executives, (4) clarification of quality manual, (5) Verify counseling unit selected. Using the modified Delphi method, analytic hierarchy process, and Likert five-point scale scores measure the ISO Critical Success Factor of the company. By using Critical Success Factor to analyze the key elements of the successful company's operations in this research. The research results could be the references for company leaderships, enterprises, and industry without implementing ISO. It suggests the direction of the follow-up researches extended to ISO environmental protection issues.
