This study was conducted by survey research, issued a total of 150 questionnaires, a total recovery of valid questionnaires of 125, the overall recovery rate of 83.3%. The data are analyzed by using statistical methods, such as: descriptive statistics, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Regression Analysis. The major findings of this research are as follows. 1. The background variables consist of Gender, Age, Educational level, Length of service, Teaching position, School size and the nature of school do not have any influence on the intention of using smart mobile phone in teaching. The Using Time has positive influence on the intention of using smart mobile phone. 2. Performance Expectancy、Effort Expectancy、Social Influence have positive influence ,Facilitating Conditions is not have any influence on the intention of using smart mobile phone.
