Advances in technology of electronic products, adds more possibilities of mobile learning. Currently, more and more people use the tablet computer. Whether the screen rendering and the performance of operating systems of tablet computers are suitable for application in mobile learning. In this study, a vocational high school is considered as an example to use of HTC Flyer tablet, its software and digital teaching platform. We investigate the tablet computer implemented in teaching vocational subjects after the first-year students to study the teaching activities and the usage behavior of students. With the model of integrated technology acceptance model (UTAUT), and for the user questionnaire, the questionnaire is divided into four facing: performance expectation, effort expectation, social impact and enabling conditions. The results show a positive impact on effort expectation, social impact and enabling conditions for the intended use of tablet computer, and present the results of research available to the vocation high school as a reference surface using the practice of tablet computer as teaching aids.
