碩士 === 吳鳳科技大學 === 消防研究所 === 104 === The graduate student researches in fire prevention managers of hotels for the fire management system in Lishan area of Heping district in Taichung city. Lishan is located at remote areas. Due to the geographical environment and the less population, public safety facilities and equipments were not enough. If the hotels fire is occurred, it’s over the prime time of rescue before the firemen arrive and it’s easy to cause people injury and properties loss. The graduate student researches in fire prevention managers of hotels for the fire management system in Lishan area of Heping district in Taichung city. Lishan is located at remote areas. Due to the geographical environment and the less population, public safety facilities and equipments were not enough. If the hotels fire is occurred, it’s over the prime time of rescue before the firemen arrive and it’s easy to cause people injury and properties loss. This study utilized questionnaire survey and took in fire prevention managers of hotels as study samples. There are total 12 hotels in Lishan of study analysis. The main findings are list as below. 一、Don’t understand business of fire prevention management and managers make regular discussion overtime. 二、Effectivity of fire prevention training. 三、Fire prevention equipment is regularly inspected overtime. 四、Not familiar to the category, location and operation of fire prevention equipment. 五、To certify the self-defense fire organization is important to critical time and regardless the importance of process.
