Therefore, the quality of education and training for firefighters has a significant influence on people's lives and property safety. The current job education and training of disaster rescue for firefighters is divided into professional training and annual training. Meanwhile, the annual training can also be divided into personal training, combined training", intensive training, and pre-training. The purpose of this study takes an example of Chiayi City Government Fire Bureau to investigate the performance and satisfaction on disaster rescue training. 128 useable completed questionnaires were received and analyzed by the statistical tool of SPSS. In addition, interviews with 6 key decision maker are also involved in this study. The main results are following: 1.Subjects’ age, education, and job position have a significant difference on the learning motivation and performance of relief combined training. Meanwhile, subjects’ age, job position, and service period reached significant differences for the training satisfaction of relief combined training. 2.Results of interviews with 6 key decision maker show that the relief combined training can build a variety of disaster prevention and relief data mode, and can also plan routes for people to rescue and evacuate effectively and to decrease the disaster casualties and property losses. 3.The study results can provide fire authorities as a related policy reference for relief combined training.
