Summary:碩士 === 吳鳳科技大學 === 光機電暨材料研究所 === 104 === The computer coverall software projects the formation processing system regulation in the simulation revertex widely to utilize in the precise revertex optics lens, but the computer simulation analysis processing parameter and the grid design has the important influence to optics lens analysis demonstration.Studies in this article, will discuss the grid using the computer analysis software technology by the fluid consideration use different grid construction to the actual analysis data influence.Will project in the formation processing process the system regulation condition to the lens end product refractive index, the stripe progression, the light ball stripe and so on will all be affects the optical quality the key aspect.The research technique is carries on the analysis by the same processing number and the different grid construction, and observed result demonstration residual stress sub-area.The grid for the simulation analysis important element, can control these elements using the hypothesis processing parameter and demonstrate the result interpret, but grid quantity and the construction arrangement also can have the difference differently regarding the demonstration interpret result, but the result discovered in view of except obtains the different demonstration result by the fluid motion way design grid, simultaneously reduced the nonessential grid quantity to save the operation time.
