This main purpose of this research is to explore the relationship between the style of executive leaderships and the subordinate work attitudes; second purpose is to understand the impact of different leadership styles on subordinates job satisfaction, job involvement and the organizational commitment. This study used questionnaires to Taoyuan City's biotech industry as the research object. One hundred eighty questionnaires (180) were sent out and completely returned (100%) from all respondents; 19 returns were deem invalid due to incomplete information and a total of one hundred sixty one (161) valid questionnaires were received (89%) and used for analysis. Three different parts of questionnaires were involved in this study which were "Leadership Styles Table", "Work Attitude Table" and "Personal Background". Using SPSS statistical software, through sample characteristics analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient and multiple regression statistical methods to carry out the overall analysis.
Summarized of this study results are: 1, the leadership style of executives in biotechnology industry has a positive relationship to the subordinates working attitude, which is, when stronger feeling of leadership styles by the subordinates, the performance of their working attitude will be better, more improvement in working execution and elevate the overall business competitiveness; 2, the biotech industry executive leadership style has a positive impact on the subordinates work attitudes, leaders and subordinates share the business vision of the future objectives and its vision can be understood and recognized by all levels and departments and induce subordinates to enhance the sense of mission and solidarity and spontaneously pursuit of self-improvement in work capacity with a positive attitude and willingness to facilitate its work force and thus enhance the implementation of the industrial competitiveness and create a better vision together.
