Insurance selling intangible goods, the main face of "people" in the interaction between people and services required to maintain a high degree of enthusiasm and expertise, and has sales of adaptive ability and experience heritage is an important issue in the life insurance business executives . In this study, N-life insurance business in charge of the new North Region as the main object of study, the results of research findings, the leader of a team to generate mutual trust and build a sense of trust, stimulate the potential and efficiency of members, set up a mutual aid community and revolutionary spirit, to achieve common goals and vision. Charismatic leadership style than the transactional leadership style and organizational commitment in some attitude and a sense of belonging, the performance is more intense, resulting in higher-than-expected performance expectations.
