Domestic life insurance industry in the fierce industry competition, the leadership and management style are worthy of discussion and research topics. Insurance selling intangible goods, the main face of "people" in the interaction between people and services required to maintain a high degree of enthusiasm and expertise, and has sales of adaptive ability and experience heritage is an important issue in the life insurance business executives . In this study, N-life insurance business in charge of the new North Region as the main object of study, the results of research findings, the leader of a team to generate mutual trust and build a sense of trust, stimulate the potential and efficiency of members, set up a mutual aid community and revolutionary spirit, to achieve common goals and vision.
