碩士 === 萬能科技大學 === 資訊管理研究所在職專班 === 104 === This study aimed to investigate the instructor of the junior high school how to use cloud platform on classroom management and assist family contact book, whether to make pro-teacher-student communication clearer, practical and easy to use. With the cloud platform, parents can understand their child’s school life, including the academic study and routine school activities. Provide another platform for mutual communication of parents,teachers and students and make up any shortfall of family contact book, then make communication of pro-teacher-student to achieve better results. First, organize the content of classroom management and implement the Delphi method to check the suitability and correctness of the content of classroom management.Then build a cloud platform. Data collected from September 2015 to April 2016. The results show (A) the cloud platform of classroom management can improve the efficiency and teaching effectiveness of junior high school teachers, (B) the cloud platform provide a safe pipeline of interaction for parents,teachers and students, (C) the junior high school teachers can use the cloud platform as a tool to assist the family contact book, (D) the junior high school teacher can improve the effectiveness of classroom management by using the cloud platform. Recommendations for future research :(A) administrative units of school may use the cloud platform, (B) when the cloud platform can not be fully used, using cloud platform and family contact book at the same time is necessary, (C) design more activities to encourage parents and students to sign in and achieve the effectiveness of classroom management.
